"They take your money but don't send anything"

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Placed an order earlier this month totalling over £50 to get the free postage. Got the confirmation email saying the order and payment were received. 2 weeks later still no sign of it getting sent, and no reply to emails or phone calls. Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered and paid for 2-5 day delivery - 3 weeks later no goods and no reply to numerous messages calls and emails. Very dodgy company - so glad I paid via PayPal

No product and absolutely no communication. Don’t answer emails. Telephone calls are fudged.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Still no order after a month. Tried to pin everything on Royal Mail. Emails go unanswered. The phone numbers provided are either disconnected or go unanswered. Finally got through to a young man who said it “wasn’t his department” and tried to fob me off to Royal Mail. He finally relented and promised a refund but it’s yet to materialise. He also tried to tell me I should’ve contacted them sooner, which is hilarious.

Placed order on 3rd April, as of 21st April still not received my items. Not replied to several emails, telephoned and keep get putting through to somewhere that never answers. Asked for a refund and still no joy. Avoid this company like the plague 🤬

Placed an order 17 days ago and still not received my order. I have emailed the company and had no response.

I ordered online and it spent 5days to start dispatched using royal mail 48, received 2days after dispatched. To be honest the order processing speed is not fast, so it is not suitable if you need the items urgently. They are using a cheap non-trackable royal mail 48 so cannot see the delivery progress of royal mail. Also one of the item box is with some kind of old and damage feeling, although I am not able to see anything wrong in the cream inside, but box damaged may give a bad impression to me.

I received a confirmation email immediately and nothing since. Nothing to say the item has shipped, no estimated delivery date, no message from any courier.
