I wish I’d checked the reviews before I ordered!!!!! I placed an order 11 days ago. No confirmation email and no order received. I’ve emailed twice and no reply and the telephone number isn’t recognised. Isn’t there a law to stop companies like this from trading. Just taking peoples money for nothing. Absolute joke 🤬

"My experience!"

I ordered from this pharmacy because they had the best price for a toothpaste brand. Then I saw all the awful reviews and expected the worst. I'm pleased to say they smashed the estimated delivery date of 9 days and I found the communication absolutely fine. My experience was nothing like the other reviews. Ordered Friday, Order complete (Mon), Tracking (Wed), Delivery (Thurs). Happy Days. They used Royal Mail 48hrs so was expecting delivery on Friday so pleasantly surprised.

Simply not geared up for the online world!
Had to chase as no confirmation on delivery after 5 days, took a PayPal dispute for them to reply.
Shame as good value but I wouldn't use again, I just wanted to order and get within a few days!

"Communication skills could be greatly imroved."

Ordered some medication from these people on 6th Sept. payment was taken from my account the following day then I heard nothing from them for a week. Phoned them today and was told items were out of stock so cancelled the order and got an immediate refund which I was happy with. The website looks very professional but if you input their address into Google Streetview it comes up with a very shabby looking building on an industrial estate with no signage or vehicles to identify the business, I'm guessing this is just a postal address. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

Well, how is this company still allowed to trade!!! Aren't pharmacists regulated? Staggeringly poor. Wrong item (cheaper) sent and ZERO ways to address it.

Following on from my previous review and non receipt of item I tried to call one more time. Much to my surprise the call was answered almost immediately and the gentlemen dealing with my complaint was super efficient and apologetic. Within a very short space of time I received an email confirming a refund and the monies went into my account today. Based on this experience I would be tempted to use the company again. Maybe they have sorted their issues out.

"Doesn't even deserve one star"

Doesn't even deserve one star. Ordered a special mouthwash which had been recommended to help sooth the painful ulcers that had formed in my father's mouth as a result of cancer meds. Emailed after placing the order to express the importance of this order and to double check availability as this item seems to be tricky to secure at the moment due to a manufacturer issue. This note was also included on the order itself. Waited and waited. No response and no dispatch info. Checked reviews- wish I'd done that before placing the order. I eventually gave up and raised the issue with PayPal. The case was closed in my favour after the seller didn't bother responding to them either. A stressful waste of time. Bunch of scammers. The site should be shut down.

"Hopeless service"

Eye drops ordered 0n 23 April and despatched on 23 May - without any explanation or apology! Having forgotten I had ordered these I ordered more from Weldricks Pharmacy on 23 May and they arrived on 27 May. Avoid Vision Pharmacy!
