"Waste of money and time"

I've placed an order on the 2nd of January through Amazon website for a perfume to be delivered in 5 day.
20 days later and still not received it. contact the Pharmacy with no reply. Waste of money and time, worst customer service that is if they have one.
My advice don't even bother to order anything from them.

Would give stars in minus if i could and if only i had read reviews before ordering. Ordered items on a Saturday paid express delivery, called Wednesday morning only to be told items are out of stock and they will refund. Why have them online if you don’t have them in stock? Very disappointed as i am flying out tomorrow. Need to sought them elsewhere.

"Not happy ....."

Whilst reasonably satisfied with Vision Pharmacy's online product service, I am disappointed that they mention a £5 discount on my next purchase if I downloaded the 'Super' app. Despite downloading the app and receiving multiple emails with offers from other companies, Vision Pharmacy is not listed on the Super site, preventing me from claiming the £5 discount. Now, I anticipate being bombarded with spam and crap from various companies, which is quite frustrating. Not pleased with this experience. It's the first time I've used Vision, and probably the last.

"Poor service"

Ordered goods from them, but all they sent me was a sealed empty envelope. They couldn't be bothered to respond to my complaint; fortunately PayPal refunded me. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

Update: the goods turned up a few hours after I wrote this, but with no explanation, apology, or communication of any kind. I had already gone elsewhere for the goods, so this is the consequence of having contempt for your customer.

My parcel was returned back by royal mail because vision pharmacy entered wrong address on their shipment..
it is total waste of time..
never use them..ur parcel will never delivered..
i will wonder if they even refund your money back..total waste..use other providers..much better ..

"Credit where credit is due"

Credit where credit is due: they sent me a single box instead of 3 of some cough pills I had ordered. An initial email went unanswered, their customer care phone probably never answers (it didn't when I tried), but when I asked for a refund via their online form they sent it to me shortly after. Not a great experience overall but not a disaster either.

"Excellent service again"

Order placed very late on the 3rd Jan delivered on the 8th Jan this was using the cheapest standard delivery, very happy with that. Second time I have used Vision and I also used my £5 off voucher from the first time using them, now I have another £2 voucher for my next order. Have recommended them to my daughter who has Long Covid and now requires a few different private meds for the treatment of that.

"I visited vision pharmacy today in derby…"

I visited vision pharmacy today to have my ears cleared of wax~whereby a so called thorough treatment was carried out and probes put into both ears to dig out the wax by a so called expert

I came out after the treatment and headed home after paying £80 for this treatment
Arrived home and surprise surprise I'm still suffering from the same problem

My right ear is still blocked up and am still suffering from deafness in my right ear.

I'm so disappointed with having to pay that amount of money after nearly an hour of probes being my poked into both ears and parcial wax buildup being dug out of both ears and yet still suffering loss of hearing in my right ear.

I didn't expect miracles but I also expected better results after paying the above amount.

I'm just warning people that you'll pay an exorbitant amount of money for little results.

I believe it's a total rip-off!! and it should be accountable to the authorities who should be monitoring such practices in a so called reputable pharmacy such as "vision pharmacy" at 68 woollaton road derby.

I'm open to any comments by people who have had a similar experience not only at this so called reputable pharmacy but elsewhere.
