"This company is rubbish"

This company is rubbish. Dont deal with them. What they sent to me wasn't what I had ordered. Tried emailing both from their website and directly to their customer service email address but no reply. I have now got three items I have paid for but have no use for. I had also ordered another priduct which took them over a week to despatch. Abysmal service

Shocking. Send three completely wrong items. Tried calling, no answer. Tried emailing, no answer. Now stuck with three items I didn’t want and have been charged for. Feel like I’ve been scammed!

If you get good service it’s a fluke! I ordered arthritis treatment gel, and glucose shots for my diabetic daughter from here and didn’t hear anything for days either to confirm the order or to let me know the order had shipped. I tried emailing, didn’t hear anything, called, no one picked up, messaged, no response, used the contact page on their website, and yep you guessed it, no response. Eventually after three weeks of trying to get in touch, still no delivery and Vision pharmacy having my money sitting in their account I raised a dispute with PayPal and managed to get my money back a few days later. Vision pharmacy lure you in with tempting prices but they don’t even have the items in stock, I’m lucky I paid through PayPal, or I’d still be out of pocket. Just pay the little bit extra and buy from a reputable pharmacy and avoid Vision completely.

Do not use! No responses and no delivery of product - clearly fraudulent.

Update: order finally delivered 13 days after ordering. No communication or explanation for the delay. Poor.

Worst online pharmacy. You will be connected to their number that never answers. They have not sent my parcel. Do not respond to emails. Very unhelpful. Prices may be cheaper but if they NEVER deliver than what is the point. Will call visa to get back the money from this shoddy company.

I ordered 3 items but only 2 arrived. I raised it 3 times with these people - no response.
I suggest you keep well away.

Post script: after my original review they have now given me a refund for the missing item - shame we're now in May & my original order was in January.
I suppose I should be grateful!

Utterly useless. Ordered an item, order acknowledged. That was where it ended. No email to say despatched, no tracking, no reply to emails. Dispute raised via my payment provider. Seems I am not alone. Now purchases elsewhere. What a way to run a business, why bother if your not going to offer the service promised and expected.
