"Better late than never"

So I ordered a verset perfume. That I could not get any where else. Then I read the reviews on here and thought that I was probably not going to receive my order. So I waited a couple of days. I had not had a tracking number or any communication apart from the usual email, thanks for your order!. Anyway I emailed them asking when my order might be delivered. I waited 2 more days. No reply. And then I raised a dispute with PayPal. 2 days later I get a tracking number. And today I have my order. Thanks vision pharmacy. I have been generous with 4 stars. Because I got the perfume I wanted for a good price. It would have been 5 if I hadn't of had to push you. 😉

"Despite the mix up, the rectified it quickly"

I ordered and paid for 6 Hycosan Extra eye drops on 22nd January - Order #27787 - and i only received 3 of them. So i had to contact customer service by phone. The lady apologised and sent me out the 3 that were not sent. I'm not sure why this happened but they did rectify their mistake in a timely manner. I was also offered a 20% discount on a future order.

"Useless"

Not received any of my order, asked PayPal in step in and resolve.

"Full order arrived ahead of time"

All the negative reviews put me off a bit. Medication ordered which was hard to find elsewhere, so I expected problems. Full order arrived before time stated. Would use again.

"I can't rate this company low enough"

I can't rate this company low enough! How can a company and managing director want to receive such bad reviews? My experience with Vision Pharmacy is much like most of the other reviewers. Any attempt at communication with them is ignored. I am reporting them to Leicester Trading Standards.

"Wrong product sent and emails ignored "

I ordered mini milton sterilising tablets and was sent large Milton tablets which are no good to me. I emailed twice and have been ignored. I tried phoning but the phone goes unanswered. How this pharmacy is allowed to trade is beyond me. Customer service at its worse.

"Received the Products, But Customer Service is NON-Existent"

We received the Products we ordered, prices are very competitive, but they do NOT have customer service at all. We sent numerous emails to their customer service - received no answers. We called the landline number given on their website: No answer, No Voicemail, Nothing...

‘Update - 5 months on” - Originally a very poor experience with customer services and original message/story as follows:’ Wish I’d read reviews here first but popped up having the items I required and high up on Google search. Having ordered my items at the end of December I started chasing why they had not arrived by the date advised. Further emails sent the following week and no response. Raised issue on PayPal and no response but 2 cheapest items on my list arrived a few weeks late. 5 weeks on I still haven’t received the other items which now appear as refunded on the online receipt but have not been. Received a repose today having issued claim with PayPal saying items delivered and showing the first partial delivery. Pressing ahead with claim and sent PayPal the updated receipt but amount of time spent replacing items before they belatedly sent theirs then chasing refund just not worth the pain.
- 5 months on they have written to me to apologise for the poor customer service and advise they have swapped out their customer service team. I might try again with the refund money and let you know of any improved outcome but in the interim have updated from one to two star given the time taken to resolve and effort taken to get to this point with company and PayPal.

The items listed arent in stock. So don't order if you need something in less than a week. Legit and cheap but wish id ordered from weldricks for £1 more.

They usually deliver near to expire medicines, sometimes expired. So be careful.
