I Purchased a Kojack Lite (Caravan Jack) in March 2013 and given it's a Bottle Jack I have rarely used it, however when I checked it recently the seal appears to have blown so oil was bubbling out of it .. given it's age I contacted Purple Line to request if it could be repaired or if I could purchase the seal and do it myself, however after several weeks and various e-mails back and forth I have got nowhere, each time being told their technical team will contact me which never happened .. I have now resigned myself to the fact I will need to scrap it and write off the £80 cost to experience ...
UPDATE:
After posting a message on their Facebook Page they posted me a packet of washers and seals but with no instructions, so whilst it's a nice gesture it does not resolve my issue ..
