My wife and I are in our seventies and love caravanning. Three years ago we struggled to push and pull our van into position so decided to buy a Purple Line mover to make life oh so much easier. We used it on about five occasions and should have got one fitted earlier! We've always kept the control indoors and removed the batteries. Last time out though, it would only move forwards and turn to the right. I contacted Purple Line and 'Ben' gave me a call. He suggested we send him the handset to figure out the problem. Within a week, Purple Line had found the fault and replaced the handset!
We are so grateful. We can't sing Ben's and the Purple Line's praises loud enough! I must admit I was a bit cynical when I read people reviewing Ben, Mark and Hayley working wonders with their caravan problems. I'm not any more!

My Lunar Caravan mover started making clicking noises when used. Called purple line tech dept and over 3 days was given great instruction on how to remove the drive rollers. Both bearing had grit in them. Replacements on the way. First side dismantle took several hours, other side 15 minutes. Great service
