"Purple Line Caravan Motor Mover Tech Support"
Hi I had a problem with the Motor Mover fitted to my Caravan. I contacted Purple Line and was put through to Mr Simon Burns of Technical Support. The assistance I had was brilliant. Simon helped me go through a selection of tests, unfortunately they were inconclusive. I had to send back a couple of units which Simon tested when they got to him. He found there was a fault on both units. After giving me his apologies, Simon returned two brand new units the following day. I fitted them myself and they worked fine. I can only say that Simon and Purple Line have been really good with their support, very quick and efficient.

This morning our caravan mover wouldn’t work,after a few hours struggling with it we called Purple Line and we’re fortunate enough to speak to Simon,he resolved our problem within ten minutes. A Gold standard service that you so rarely receive these days. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company,their after sales service is spot on.

Excellent movers, work a treat and quiet too.
I had an issue because I didn't unbox them within the 14 day registration requirement, but this was sorted out by helpful customer service.

I bought an Air Opus off road at the beginning of 2020 and have bought other products for the camper since then
Opus and purple line have always given us a fantastic service , they have been hugely helpful with advice on our trips at short notice
All the staff are friendly and efficient and a pleasure to deal with
And the camper is an amazing piece of kit

Although you no longer manufacture this model, you sent me your relevant User Manual and Customer Check List. This meant I could identify the tyres I needed and obtained them elsewhere as per your suggestion.
I am very gratified to find that such excellent service still exists in this day and age.

"Motor mover not responding to the remote…"
A prompt reply to our problem of the mover not moving. Loss of connection of the remote to the mover was diagnosed and instruction wow to re=programme it were sent by e-mail and all then worked again. Great service from Ben.
