"Bad customer service "

This is based on customer service after installation.
I have sent 4 emails over several weeks re: not getting the minimum speed guaranteed and the fact my internet keeps buffering.
I have had no reply from any email apart from the automated ticket.
They promise you the world to get you signed up and have great customer care until you become installed and then you are forgot about as a customer.

Great people and wonderful service so far. The fitting of the broadband was good. They detailed everything. Hopefully everything goes smoothly.

The men did not enter my house where I wanted them to and I cannot connect my landline as I need a extension lead with two male one on each end , as I am disabled and need it

From the time I phoned up and spoke to Charles B the service has been excellent. Charles was fantastic and very responsive.

The install went well and the team that came were polite and carried out a very neat job

Considering some of the negative reviews I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend
