We were going to leave Voneus but after a chat with Leroy we decided to stay. Faster speed and a good price.

I have held off submitting this review for a couple of weeks as we had problems with customer service (CS) at Voneus. But now all is up and working as expected.

For the first couple of weeks we were Voneus customers we had no service despite us being wired up, Daily appeals to to CS and adamant assurances from them that we were listed as top priority brought us no help at all.

Eventually I found the number for cancellations and cancelled my contract, the next day I received a call from the cancellation manager, Leroy Mirander, a more pleasant manager it would be hard to find. He promised that he wold get the service working by the next day, which he did. Two great guys called Gregory and Kris turned up tracked the fault to a small cable entering the house and had us on service in half an hour. I only wish thar CS employed staff with the attitude of Leroy, Gregory and Kris. Perhaps it should then be 5* for Leroy and his trouble shooters and a great big zilch for CS.

I would suggest that CS management take a good look at their staff. It’s not good enough to tell customers that they are top priority and refuse to pass the call up stairs. My previous provider had huge problems with CS which gave them a bad reputation in the industry but eventually they fixed them and now they are much respected.
