Update from my previous review.Thanks to H, you know who your are at the Sheffield call centre, managed to listen to my complaint.This was passed to her customer service manager, and a phone call from the technical team in London was promised.Ajmal interrogated my router re configured it and got me back on line.Thanks for patience and first class help.This whole experience for me is typical over work technical department.The shear volume of problems puts them under pressure, but they can only do so much.The call centre team funnel the problems to the technical team and it's like pushing info into a funnel, and the information channel gets blocked.Once your problem gets to the technical advisor the system seems to work.Vonuse seems to be expanding at a very rapid rate, judging by the number of adverts on the Internet. I think I have been lucky judging by the number of adverse comments, but it is clear its not the call centre team in Sheffield, or the London technical dept, or the guys on the ground in villages trying to get orders, it's the structure, it cannot cope.
These comments are only my opinion, I have no factual knowledge.
My review is 5 stars for the people who helped.

Voneus have been working in our area for a while. Recent problems with our old BT broadband made us give Voneus a call to see about having full fibre installed. Our local representative, Liam, was friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Happily there was an even better deal than the one we had been reading about. We forwarded the details of when our BT contract ended, confirmed that we would go ahead and by the end of the day had an installation date agreed.
When it came to the installation Greg and Christoph couldn't have been better. Their cabling work was all neat and tidy and it was clear that they really know their jobs well. A great experience so far. Speeds are slightly better than we signed up for but that may be just because we are early adopters in our area.

Sub contractor was diligent and well organised installing the fibre connection and the router. He was quiet and efficient and the process was without drama

"Outstanding customer service and installation "

Outstanding customer service (Charles) and installation (Phil) in all instances - turned around from quote to working WiFi within 1 working day, saving the day before the long holiday weekend. All parties proactively communicated throughout the process and went over and above to get us installed. WiFi is faster than we’ve ever know it too. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you.

In-home network has poor reach inside the house - not as good as previous reach from previous Vodafone router.

Andy and Andy called to say they could come early , which was great . Neat and tidy wiring run as requested down brickwork outside and right by tv point inside . They checked I had logged in ok on IPhone before leaving . DL speed far exceeds 250 mbps as contract agreed . Cheapest and fastest BB available in our Area .
