When Jagraj called me he talked me through the resolution of the issue, I would give the help a five star - however the call back only came 48 hours after I reported the issue and 3 emails to Voneus so I cannot give the company five.
Jagrag reponded to the 3rd of my emails within 15 minutes.

Installed 2 weeks ago, still no broadband nor contact from Voneus. Just about as poor as it gets really!

Men who came to fit the broad band were very good, and even tidied up after. Now no more buffering or freezing on the tv. Online work very quick, such a big difference in all my tech gadgets unbelievable. A very happy customer indeed, thank you Voneus.
