After waiting weeks and weeks to get our fibre broadband back. They blamed it on a local issue and it turned out to be the router. So the system works okay but now a week later they’ve messed up the Internet phone by thinking were are a new customer and removing the telephone service. This company goes from one disaster to another.

"Shocking phone service and customer Service"
I’m writing this review on behalf of my 86 year old Father in law who had Voneus installed back in January and still doesn’t have a properly working phone. As he doesn’t have a mobile phone, this is a huge issue for him as his health isn’t good. Numerous phone calls have been made to Voneus customer service with no improved outcome for him, promised engineer visits and return calls that fail to happen. During the last phone call to customer Service he told Voneus he wanted to end the contact as it has been faulty since day 1. He was apparently told in his latest conversation last week that it would cost him £700+ to leave Voneus. Given Voneus haven’t fulfilled their own contract, this has got to be completely unlawful, but it has caused him a huge amount of distress. So now he’s left without a properly working phone and no solution. An appalling way to treat an elderly (or any) customer.

"Cannot provide any form of service"
Cannot provide a reliable service, so bad gave me 3 months free, but no improvement. Past 2 weeks down 48 hrs no response from [sic] help team. Currently degraded service 1.8mb download 0,00 upload. Advised today monthly bill increasing to £29.99 ( £3 loyalty discount). Direct debit cancelled. Cannot recommend this company to provide any reliable service, wasting your money. Off to Tesco mobile. Essex area CM0.

Name and postcode is a clue, only six properties here so not hard to deduce, would suggest you google it, but voneous cannot provide internet.

Hi I recently lost broadband connection. I contacted The technical department immediately, but it took 4 days to sort it. I rang every day. but got very little feedback. As my heating, security and other services were affected I feel let down. It has been sorted out now but l am not happy with the service provided
