I wish i could give half a star. Ive had no internet since 3.30pm Saturday, red internet light. Everything seems normal so i assume the issue is Voneus again!!, whats worse is nobody at all will answer the phone, after 3 or 4 minutes holding you get asked to leave a message with contact details and someone will call you back, of course they dont.
Frustrated, no internet and no support, all you excited about joining, your first 12 month will seem ok but trust me, last year of contract you WILL be forgotten about and ignored, you wont matter, the only thing theyll care about is cricket and signing up new customers. Good luck to you all. Worst provider ive ever had the misfortune to be with, but heres the thing VONEUS!, youre no longer the only option in my area for fttp broadband, just saying. 😡😡😡

There was a random knock at the door the agent set up my account by the afternoon I had full fiber installed.

The guys who came to do the job were very, very good, bar one who did a good job but forgot to pick up dust from his masonry drill.

Back to the beginning. The evening before the men looked at the job, not a straight forward one. I hope you had a report from them. The men arrived the following morning and I had a few suggestion as to the probable best way to get the cable into out bungalow. One was fine and started the job. One important comment, ther was no printed matter with the router. I was shown the info on the back of said router but try as might, I can’t get it connected which is off no use to me. So help from someone in you organisation would be most welcome.

Otherwise the jobs been done worry well, thank you.

The two Polish guys , Kris's and Gregory , were excellent . They worked tirelessly to install my internet connection . They were polite and did a very neat job . I am very pleased with the whole experience .
