Absolutely dreadful from start to finish. My entire local community fell for their lies. Promised the world and delivered a turd. Internet drops out constantly, when you all to let them know, the only thing they say is "do a speed test". When it works it's fast, but it is so patchy. My telly barely loads anything. My echo dot drops in and out of connection, my work laptop drops out randomly and won't reconnect. This has been going on for months now. My neighbour has just cancelled hers because she has had enough and my brothers has been totally down for 2 WEEKS so he is leaving. Do not waste your time with these chancers

Our 'virtual landline' provided by Voneus stopped working for incoming calls weeks ago. The phone doesn't ring and the calls go straight to a 'virtual' Voneus voicemail. There is no issue with making outgoing calls.
We contacted Voneus weeks ago to get this resolved and were promised that this will be dealt with, however, they failed to do so.
As I run my business from home Voneus had a huge negative impact on my business, with clients and various government departments unable to reach me.
At the end I found an alternative virtual landline provider and wish to switch over to them, but to do so I need a confirmation from Voneus that the existing number belongs to me so I can have it transferred over to the new provider. This is where Voneus failed again! There is nowhere on their website for customers to login to their account. The original paperwork they emailed to us does not show the telephone number linked to our account. Therefore I had to contact Voneus again to request a confirmation email that would show our details and landline telephone number linked to our account. I was promised this will be emailed to me from their billing department, but nothing has been received. Voneus is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with, you feel completely ignored as a customer. All you get is an automated email with a ticket number, but nobody actually deals with the problem that needs to be dealt with.

I was very worried about the installation, as there were a few issues. However, full marks to Brody and Andy, they made it very easy, worked hard, made no mess, and did an excellent and trouble free job. I am extremely pleased with the result.
