Please please avoid this WiFi company!!
I got it installed a couple of months ago and iv had nothing but problems with it!! I work from home on my laptop and lost money ( just over £600) the WiFi is constantly dropping in and out! I must of been rang customer service over 19 times! They fob me off and tell me, someone will ring me back but never do! They promised the world but never received!
I am definitely going back to my original provider!

"No Customer service…"
I tested the download speed and it was around 2Mbps this evening when I am paying for 20 Mbps. I couldn't even get YouTube to run. The customer service is none existent and no one answers the phone. This is not good enough. We were with SWS broadband before these cowboys took over and if there was a fault we could text and get an answer straight away. Don't get drawn in, read all of the bad reviews and give them a miss.

"Great service from Leroy and the retention team! "
After my initial 2 year contract with Voneus expired, the price was due to increase by 50% so I decided to cancel and go to another provider (albeit slower as only copper- based due to my rural location). However Leroy the Voneus retention manager sent me an email and then called me and after some good discussion was very kindly able to offer me another 2 years at the same fixed price and same speed. Therefore I decided to stay with Voneus - as actually, for the last 2 years the broadband has been totally reliable, very fast, and I am completely happy with it, including WiFi coverage as they were able to put the fibre router close to the centre of my house.
So, thanks to Leroy I'm staying with Voneus.

My parents who are in their 80’s have had no internet since Saturday 12 April (6 days). Despite numerous telephone calls and promises of callbacks from Randy the tech person and also the complaints person, no joy. We have no idea what to do next. Absolutely appalling customer service and duty of care to vulnerable people. Any suggestions of what to do?

Voneus itself has been very problematic for me, but Adnah from their tech department was brilliant, patient and persistent and very knowledgeable and eventually solved our very tricky problems.

Charles could not have been more helpful, he was very patient with us explaining everything in detail bearing in mind Rex is 85 years old and I am 79 years.Brilliant!!

I had called Voneus with respect to new pricing for Broadband and left a message for a callback. Leroy (Retentions Manager) called back promptly and was informative, helpful, listened to me, and did what was necessary to keep me as a customer (I do my research and was ready to use another provider if necessary). Thank you Leroy for your help and, importantly, your tone with customers. It is appreciated.
