After searching online for weeks and looking for a company that would fulfil our requirements for a range cooker splash back that would fit in a recessed space, we found Cherry Glass Designs. With good communication and excellent service. My bespoke splash back was delivered on time and was packaged professionally, delighted with the end result. the chosen splash back came damaged so I sent a photo and contact number Mark contacted me the next day and within a couple of days had arranged for a replacement which came within a week without any hassle very pleased with the product and excellent customer care/after sales service

The product is excellent and adds a beautiful touch to the kitchen. The choice of designs is very wide and the bespoke service that we used gave us a really nice fit. We did have a problem in that the splashback was delayed by 2 weeks due to the glass supplier getting the size wrong (so we were told). However this may have been due to the fact that we asked for exact measurements rather than have the normal tolerance reduction that they apply. Fitting was easy with the silicone adhesive supplied as standard.
All in all a great product and pretty good service.

Totally shocking!
Do not touch this company unless you want just a very simple colour or maybe a small splash back, maybe they can do that. Do not opt for a large picture print as they just cannot do it, it's as simple as that! Not only that they don't accept liability in writing only verbally. They heavily packaged the splash back and just sent it with major flaws! Who ever checked it and took the time to package it needs their eyes testing! We would have respected the company more if they would have said sorry it hadn't worked! But also they request it back to assess as they won't accept photos, but really it's to try and re use the glass to try again if possible!!
The customer service is just the worst I've ever experienced. I don't very often post comments, but I believe people need to know to stay away from this company as they are full of empty promises!
