It is regrettable that Cherry Kitchens/Makeovers/Glass Designs/Group etc. etc. have to resort to falsehood and libel in response to reviews. It rather proves our point ….. Valued as a customer you are not.

The products are good but Caveat Emptor, the process to get there will not leave you feeling like a valued customer.

Ready to work with Cherry? You will need stamina for the journey, ours was nearly 5 months including a catalogue of broken promises, misleading sales talk, unmet deadlines, miscommunication, incorrect measurements, incorrectly supplied items and general chaos.

If only they were as assiduous about completing the job as they were about chasing payment. Fitting the glass splash backs, took nearly six weeks longer than estimated yet they were chasing for final payment less than 1 working hour after completion.

The finished product and good workmanship proves these could be good companies but their processes from start to finish and lack of care for their customers really let them down.

Super product, quick turnaround from ordering to delivery. Comes with the silicone to fix it to the wall. Chose the Balincici Brick design as it contains a number of muted colours that tie together the different colours in our kitchen. Fitting was easy, looks great. (Try not to get any silicone on your fingers, as it is bound to get on the front of the glass as you press it into place... and it takes a bit of cleaning off!)
