"Bespoke design of our kitchen splaskback."

We are delighted with our kitchen splashback. We had an idea for the design we wanted, and they listened and worked with us until we were satisfied. We now have a stunning, one of a kind design, with a real "wow" factor. The splashback is made up of twelve sections to fit around corners & a window, and all the pieces match up, and the pattern flows perfectly from piece to piece. It also accommodates three plug sockets. I would definitely recommend this company.

"Kitchen glass splashback and upstands."

The design manufacture and installation of their product was exactly what we wanted. The splashback and upstands which went round three walls and was made up of 8 segments with cut-outs for five sockets were spot on. The design also matched and flowed through the segments as well as matching up at corners.

"Find another company, these guys will just mess it up for you"

We bought splashbacks (2) and mirrors (3), experience was they scratched out sink, didn’t fit the electrical sucks back in and they are now loose. Speaking to the company they first tried to pin this on my wife and mother in law, then on random people (other imago tradesmen who weren’t even there). Photos clearly shows 100s of small scratches all going in same direction (towards the back as if something was dragged over it, like a splash back)

The mirrors was measured incorrectly though during the process the guy who measured it said when measuring the splash backs that there would be about 2mm allowance. I accepted the small variance as some of the walls are not completely straight but we had 8-10mm differences on multiple sides (T&C says 2mm deviation acceptable)

After several discussions they offered to get discount on future purchases instead of offer a viable solution to current issues. During the process it seems like that excuses for being a small company is ok for not doing a good job and deliver out of spec products at full price.

Purchase was in Aug 21, installed Oct 21 and despite multiple contacts, they are ignoring requests to get it rectified.

I hope this review helps others to avoid them as the after sale service is really bad, which is a shame as the product could be great if they just made an effort.

Absolutely first class! We couldn't be more thrilled with our fabulous splashback! The company were so helpful even kindly offering advice and many options quite often out of hours via social media messenger as i bombarded them with questions! The ordering process was extremely simple and the "cropping" technology is brilliant to help get your chosen design exactly where you want it.
The glass arrived well packaged and their fitting instructions were clear and easy to follow. Now not only do we have a practical splashback, we have a timeless piece of artwork in our kitchen which we can enjoy every day!
We really can't recommend Cherryglass highly enough!

"Hugely disappointed by my experience…"

Hugely disappointed by my experience with this company as they could not even produce a correct quote and tried taking an extra £300. I advise a close inspection of your invoice and quotes. The explanation by the owner Rob was “there system had gone down”,well you wouldn’t be able to produce an invoice if your system was down!!!

At no point did I ask for the vat to be removed as stated so please do not state lies. Most people would get upset if a £300 TYPO was made. I also had a previous conversation with his daughter a reduced price was agreed for a cash payment,
