From start to finish I was kept fully informed of what was happening. I went for the measure and fit service because we had sockets to include and didn’t want to get it wrong. Yes, it was more money but I had the satisfaction of knowing that the fit etc would be accurate.

Hi, I was blown away by the images on the Cherry Glass Design Website. Beautiful images of fantastic splash backs that give kitchens the WoW factor. The service provided by this company however is sadly lacking. The fitting of the splash back is poor. The 'generous' usage of what I am informed is industry standard silicone to 'disguise' the gaps resulting from poor measurement detracts significantly from the finished product. This is following a total of four visits to fit the final panel after it was incorrectly measured on the previous three occasions. Having informed the fitter at the time I was unhappy with the overall look of the job, I wrote to the company. They responded with an email which as good as called me a liar and accepted no responsibility for any of the errors which had occurred throughout the whole sorry affair. My advice, these glass panels are available from a number of companies... I suggest you try elsewhere... Product is good... service is terrible. Finally, if the company concerned are willing to put right the problems that have occurred, I will willingly review my review.

"Unusual splashback design.…"

We saw the splashback that we liked advertised on their website. We were fortunate to see it on display at the Grand Designs show in Manchester. We ordered online when we got home as we had to check measurements, the process was simple. It arrived on time and we are delighted with the quality and would recommend Cherry Glass Designs.

I had to chase my order and then it was established that the order had not been made due to the order not being communicated by mgr. They were apologetic , admitted their mistake and then had the product made and delivered (albeit later than agreed when the order was placed.) However all good now.

Wonderful product, great quality and colours exactly as shown on website. Very easy to use the website, very helpful staff. Delivered when expected, extremely well wrapped. Cannot recommend the Glass Splash back enough. Ordered an extra large one and it is absolutely stunning. You will be spoilt for choice by Cherry Glass Designs.
Look at other cheaper websites but this one is quality made,with a lot of attention to detail, so was happy to pay a bit extra.
