"Small issue becomes a big problem"

Having ordered coloured splash back glass from Cherry and fitted by Cherry glass all seemed well but with in a 12 month period we noticed the sealant coming away from the glass having had several emails and phone calls to complain I was told to fix it myself as there would be a charge for their fitter to fix it they did offer to send the tube of sealant used a month ago now but I’m still waiting for it to arrive
I do feel Cherry glass do need to improve on their after sales support they are very pleasant whilst you are buying from them but if you have any issue afterwards they do not want to know you

I bought a really lovely splashback from Cherry Glass (all online) and Nicki was super helpful in tweaking the design to suit and making it a little bit taller than standard. It looks stunning and I am very pleased with it. All went very smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.

I wanted a kitchen sink splashback that was modern and a little bit different , Nicki helped us with the design selection, loaning us a sample of the design we chose to take home and try, and the fitter Marcus did a great job, helping me put up the downlights to show off the glass once installed. A pleasure to work with @cherryglass designs and the result is simply stunning. I highly recommend!!

"Awful!"

We ordered an Arabesque splash back for our kitchen. We were really looking forward to receiving the item. However, when it came there were noticeable black dots and discoloured patches on the splash back. We messaged the company and they said that these were normal and part of the splash back wallpaper. We did zoon in (only visible when we did} on the photo on the website and then you could see the dots etc. The splash back did come with the small note saying that there would be flaws on the splash back and that this was because of the age of the wallpaper image that was in the splash back. It would have been nice for the company to make this clear on the website before purchase and not upon delivery of the item as I would not have made the purchase. A woman employee from Cherry Glass was quite abrupt when I messaged them and my wife agreed to keep the item. However, the splash back actually looks even worse when the sun hits our kitchen. There are numerous, very noticeable black patches (they look slightly faded in normal light) on the splash back in sunlight. It just looks awful
