I especially asked for a phone call prior to delivery. The delivery was over a week before the specified date with no phone call. The delivery charge was shown as £19.95 on the delivery note; far less than CGD had charged me.

Excellent - I love my new splashback!

The only reason I am not giving 4 stars is that I specified I would be on holiday and asked for a date of delivery. When I returned from holiday there were 2 cards posted that they had tried to deliver. Thankfully they delivered a 3rd time and we were in!

A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Cherry Glass modified one of their design images to provide a bespoke product that fitted to exactly what I wanted. I now have a unique and stunning splash back right across the full width of the kitchen worktop. Thanks to Nicki and Mark for their enthusiasm and creativity.

"Delighted"

I am delighted with our Splashback. We have been impressed with the excellent customer service from Cherry Glass Designs also. The only reason I have not awarded them 5 stars is that we have had to wait a long time from our initial order to installation, owing to weather (snow) and then a manufacturing fault from their new supplier. It has been well worth the wait though.

From first contact to the fitting of my gorgeous splashback the customer service of Cherry Glass Designs was terrific. Lovely helpful staff & no pushy sales tactics. I’d recommend this Company with no hesitation.

"Great design, fitting could be better."

The actual splashback design and colour is perfect. The background colour was changed from the standard colour, white to cream.
The fitting is not quite right, it is 3 or 4 mm short and the electric sockets have had to be adjusted because there was something wrong with the cutouts as the one of the sockets became uneven and collapsed into the cut out.
