Being a foster carer, it’s proven hard to be approved for a mortgage via the big banks. It’s far more complex with earnings, tax return etc which are needed for typical mortgages. My Mortgage Advisor, Alex Forder was excellent, he made the whole process straightforward, kept me up to date, replied to my messages within minutes and kept me up to date every step of the way. My mortgage has been approved and will be in my new home very soon. None of which would have been possible without Alex!! Thank you Alex, you have helped me reach my dream of giving more foster children a safe and happy home.

Absolutely fantastic company, the landlord of the house we were renting said he was selling, gave us the choice to buy before putting it on the market, felt so down thinking a mortgage wouldn’t be possible due to some blips in both our credit ratings & ages, so glad we tried. The Haysto portal is absolutely fantastic, so easy to attach any documents required & communicate with the team that were part of the application, one place for everything instead of having to sift through countless emails. Ermira was our mortgage advisor she put our minds at rest & explained everything to us as first time buyers. I will absolutely recommend this company to everyone! My first mortgage offer had been rejected , after then asked other brokers, all to be told won’t pass , I’m so sad! "I started my mortgage journey in…"

I started my mortgage journey in January 2025 where I thought there was no way I would have been able to get one. I reached out to Haysto and from the beginning of my consultation, I knew I was going to be in good hands. Albion who was my mortgage advisor was with me every step of the way even when I was panicking about possibly not being accepted. He never sold me false hope and he went above, and beyond in ensuring I was updated at all times.
The team were amazing but Albion and Shannon stood out for me and in the end, they were able to get me a mortgage offer. Shannon was very upfront with me, especially making sure I was going to be accepted before making any payments as she did not want me to be out of pocket. What a fantastic team you guys are.

Would I recommend or use Haysto again, absolutely yes. If I was told I would have a property in my name, there is no way I would have believed it but Haysto has made it possible by tailoring the case according to my personal needs. Thank you very much Haysto for making me a homeowner 😊

Excellent service from start to finish . Would definitely use again and recommend to others . So professional. James was my Mortgage Advisor and was brilliant. Plus all the team what was involved really good . Communication was very good and the portal system is such a good idea .

I had a few defaults on my credit file and did not think I’d be able to get a mortgage for years until they came off, but luckily I have Haysto a try.

James Francis was my broker and not only did he manage to get me mortgage offers, but he also taught me a lot during the process and managed to beat the 6.6%-7% offers I was getting previously from specialist lenders with a 5.11% offer from a mainstream lender!

Laura Cawdron, my case manager, was also great. I didn’t have to speak to her much but I know she was going back and forth with the lender in the background helping them understand my situation.

I get the keys to my new house in a couple of days, which is years earlier than I thought I’d be able to buy. I’m really appreciative of the team and they have helped change the course of my life with this.

Myself and my partner were in a horrible situation, our previous broker we were using decided to no longer assist us after finding some adverse credit on my partners credit file and we had just had an offer accepted on our first home. After some frantic searching we came across Haysto, and it’s been the best decision we ever made. My credit was near perfect but my partners was less than, so after being pushed aside, the thoughts of competing on our first home seemed near impossible BUT after a chat with Paul and some scans over our financial situation, he believed we could do it. Since our initial phone call, to today’s date, we have finally received our mortgage offer! The process was seamless, we were kept updated throughout with a dedicated team working on our case. A big shout out to our case manager, Charley - she has been incredible! (and most importantly patient!!) As first time buyers this is all so new to us.
