I've used a flashrouter for several years. It's worked beautifully. My VPN provider changed their protocol for login this week, and I was unaware of the change. I reached out to FlashRouters for help in troubleshooting my inability to connect to VPN, and they quickly responded with step-by-step instruction for resolution. I'm now back up and running!

Every aspect of my experience with using FlashRouters was very efficient. From verifying my router was compatible, to scheduling the appointment, even the process itself. The tech who flashed my router, Tom M., was quick and professional. Good tip for anyone is to have a window open for both your VPN provider and router MGMT console. It makes the process go by very quick.

After Tom connected to my computer he went right to work. A few minutes later he had the problem fixed and even wrote out an instruction list so I could update my ASUS router myself. Great service I highly recommend it and FlashRouters to everyone

Tom M. did ALL the work. I'm somewhat technically challenged but managed to set everything up in advance, which was pretty easy. Tom literally did everything else. Our router now provides VPN for all of our devices. I never could have done this on my own. Thanks Tom!

"The service is laughable"
The service is laughable. They have chat but don't answer it - Then when you do get an email response it's useless. Finally got the router going by calling a friend who assisted me. So much for plug and play - Really hilarious that you have to pay for the customer service. I am still waiting for them to get back to me to help me get my "plug and play" router going.

Tom made it look quick and easy taking care of my setting preferences on Team Viewer. I am sure it took longer for me to respond in the chat box than it did for him to adjust the settings.
With my obvious lack of IT skills having remote access is mandatory.

Once again they helped me with my router. Not sure how but my settings got all weird after I had to take the router on a trip. Within 5 mins everything was working after they went in and changed a few things!!

I purchased a flash router configured for express vpn a few years ago.
This was basically plug and play and was very easy to set up.
In comparison setting up this new ASUS router has been a complete nightmare.
The so called support is just a clown show the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.
I had been assured that an iPad could be used for the TeamViewer meeting.
Then just before the meeting was due to start I am informed that I cannot use an iPad.
Furthermore the instructions for setting up the router are incomplete and vague and not specific to the router model I purchased
