I'm a Returning customer, and have only positive things to say about this independent tech company.

Setting up flashrouters can be a complicated process, especially if you're a Linux user, but security is a must in our day in age. This company made it easy as possible to secure my network, making the chat/tech support always available. They even have a phone option that is easy to get ahold of.

These people are experts, there's no doubt about that and the cost for what you get is minimal.

I bought my flashrouter from flashrouters in 2016, because I live in Australia and I can't stand the TV, or the radio stations, and I also want to protect my privacy and my computer systems. The flashedrouter worked until Expressvpn changed the encryption cipher( Arpril 2023) this can not be changed with DDwrt (software on flashedrouter) wasted a full two weeks and endless hours with Expressvpn trying to get my router to work with their VPN

Flashrouters downloaded new software for the router ,expressvpn software, and got my router working, within 10 minutes they also managed to get my Sonos system working and my NAS with the new expressvpn flashrouter software. This is no mean feat I can tell you. You have to be good to do this sort of thing. Thanks, Tom.

I had to further expand the instructions via the VPN provider (NordVPN), but FlashRouters helped me by 80% to solve the issue.

The support team is absolutely great. The documentation does a decent job of documenting common issues but there are always things you encounter that are more specific to your setup. The support team is very knowledgeable and responsive both by email and chat within working hours. And they walk you through the steps you need to do based on your level of familiarity with the technology.
