"Bad product, the worst service, think carefully."
The router I bought at FlashRouters did not perform adequately. I turned to customer service which was a total waste of time and several emails - I only got useless generic answers and no solution or technical advice - I got better answers just Googling the issue. The router I bought from them was supposed to be global - but the power block only accepts 110V so I spent even more on another power supply to use it in Europe. They also tricked me into paying some subscription which was not even so easy to cancel.
I only have regrets dealing with this company -
Even writing a review on their site is a dumb problem - there's no way I can even do it.
One of the worst decisions in many many years to deal with this company. My rating: minus 5 stars.

Tom was exceptional! He was so quick and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing to someone who is pretty tech savvy himself and it was a fantastic experience. I definitely recommend this to others stick on flashing firmwares, especially for VPN or DD-WRT purposes.

"Changed VPN Service on Flashrouter"
I asked the Flashrouter team to assist with changing the VPN on my Flashrouter from Express VPN to Proton VPN. After a couple of e-mail exchanges and a few challenges with my router, I was able to remove the Express VPN configuration and add the Proton VPN. It seemed very difficult at first, but the Flashrouter support team stayed with me and guided me through the process. I am pleased with the assistance and patience exhibited while assisting me to resolve this issue.
