Quick response. I had an issue signing on to the VPN on my router. I opened a ticket via the support webpage and Tom M. responded within hours. Tom provided step by step instructions and I was able to correct the issue. Being in Japan, the support website is my best means of communicating. Immediate feedback that a support request was received is reassuring.

Great support and very prompt! I was unable to login to my VPN provider (they had changed something about their configuration). Tom from support was aware of that providers changes and quickly told me the workaround. Highly recommend!

Seems a lot of people had the same issue... NordVPN changed their procedure without letting their users know..
After trying to troubleshoot unsuccessful i submitted a ticket to flashrouters and got helped immediately... great customer support... BZ :)

Same issue as everyone else recently. VPN changed the login keys. I didn't know this. Reached out to Flashrouters Support Team and as ALWAYS they fixed it pronto! What would I do without you guys??!!
I can't tell you how much I always appreciate the teams support and quick response. They're the best and I'm speaking from experience because I've had a LOT of tickets!! LOL

I am using flashrouter now for 5 years. It worked well during the last years. My VPN provider changed their login strategy recently. As a result I was not able to connect anymore and wrote an email to flashrouter support. Within minutes I received instructions to solve the problem. Everything is back to normal now. Great service.Thank you.

NordVPN changed their login protocol and gave a very complex explanation to address it. Tom at FlashRouters was able to tell me what to do with that information for an easy fix. And still no reply from my request for help to NordVPN.
