In addition, Tom M. followed up our chat/email to ensure I understood the instructions and that things were back to working order.
Happy to report that my router is working as intended again.

My Asus RT-AC5300 configuration became messed up. FlashRouters pointed me to their on-line help for how to do a factory reset, reinstall their software, configure the router, and connect my VPN. Now everything is working as it should.

FlashRouters were very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

"Decent router however you will not pay…"

Decent router however you will not pay a final price as indicated in the website. In my case specifically I did order the aircove on the 19th of may 2023 and paid 224,39 EURO To my surprise on july 18th I am asked to pay FED Ex an extra 57,12 EURO (they even charge you an admistration fee of 12,60 Euros).
So in total the router ended up being 281.51 EURO so way too overpriced. It is better to shop elsewhere. For this price the router is defenetly not worth it.

Their flashed routers hold up over time (I've had my Linksys 3200ACM over five years) and their tech support is top notch. They respond quickly and efficiently. I got the information needed to get my router back up and running (my VPN changed requirements and didn't notify me but flashrouters.com fixed the issue extremely quickly). Would give them ten stars if I could.

My ASUS with VPN encryption has worked extremely well for several years until we noticed the VPN was not working. Oh dear, what to do and after a little research decided to contact FlashRouters for assistance & guidance. Their response was amazingly quick and informative and despite my nervousness entering an environment outside my comfort zone soon found guidance given was extremely good and our ASUS is now fully operational.
The FlashRouter Team got back to me several times to make sure I was able to follow their guidance.
For me their service was easily accessible ., response times and content were excellent.
