I was unfortunately involved in accident recently where my car was written off. This being my first and hopefully only accident I didn't know what to expect but spectre drive have been excellent through the whole process, keeping me up to date with what's going on and guiding me through my claim. I had the accident at 12.15 on the 9th February and I had a courtesy car dropped off at my home at 16.30 the very same day. I can't fault there service so far and would highly recommend them. Special thanks goes to Becki Watson who was in constant communication with me keeping me updated on the status of the claim

Kieran was very reassuring answering all my questions. It’s obviously not a very nice time going through an accident with all the stress that comes along with it. They were very helpful and sorted my claim quickly and efficiently.
Becki did a lot behind the scenes but Kieran was my point of contact and couldn’t recommend him or spectra enough.
