I have purchased bed from ambassador website, rubbish quality, and no return for it from seller , bed still in original packaging , DO NOT waste your money on this website and rude customer service
I’m trying to contact them to resolve this , but I have been blocked from instagram , and they phone , please do not order or buy things from ambassador beds

"Ordered a car bed in July'22 and total scammers"

Ordered a car bed in July'22. Eventually delivered in Sept'22. About 6 weeks later the lights stopped working and the stickers started to peel off. I contacted them and the said must be a faulty transformer but will send out a replacement transformer and new stickers. So November and December passed and every time I phoned they promised delay due to time of year. I phoned Jan'23, Feb'23 and on my last call the put phone down. They then blocked my number so my daughter phoned and were willing to take a new order from her but when she told them she was phoning on my behalf they put the phone down. They are a bunch of scammers and I feel sorry if anyone is still awaiting their goods as won't get them.

Also try to write a review in their website it won't let you.

We ordered a bespoke bed and matching fabric footstool in January 2023 and whilst the bed was delivered (after a lot of chasing) the footstool was delayed for nearly a month and when it finally did arrive (after being dumped on the doorstep in the rain) it wasn’t to the size we had specified and was more of a end of bed ottoman so not fit for purpose.

We were promised that a replacement would be organised and I’ve chased weekly ever since. My emails, phone calls, what app message and Instagram messages are all being ignored.

Really disappointing as the bed itself is well made but the service has been really poor.

Please read reviews so many are bad I lost over £800 to this company please scroll to the bottom of reviews their address shown does not exist which is why trading standards could not help me as no address to contact them... Go ahead check for yourself the road and postcode does not match please read my review in May and June 22 I am only trying to stop someone else from experiencing what I and many others did . Absolutely no customer service and my emails were ignored and my phone no was blocked !!!

I ordered an 8ft x 6ft cinema sofa £899 however got 10% off paid £809! And they sent me a 4ft x 6ft sofa!! Which is £799 on website!! I refused delivery! The individual I was dealing with has now changed his contact number and I am £809 out of pocket!! Buyer beware!! This happened on Christmas Eve now my family have no sofa to sit on!! Absolutely disgusting!! Grinch that ruined Christmas
