"Purchased an Oulton frame superking"

Purchased an Oulton frame superking, soft plush grey with ottoman gas lift mechanism and stratus mattress. What we received was a damaged footboard, marked side panel and standard steel support frame with loose unfitting slats. The mattress was described (on the phone) as medium to firm.....nothing even close.
Contacted Ambassador beds within 5 minutes of delivery, at first they were apologetic, now its radio silence.
Made (faster bank) payment on the promise of an invoice, which was never received, even after 3 separate requests for one post payment.
The bed was delivered by two extremely rude and unprofessional individuals, who made my partner and daughter feel very uncomfortable in their own home, claiming that the build of the bed was never agreed with the merchant. When my partner tried to pay the cash for the build, they threw it down on the table and said "no point us taking that because we won't get the rest we are due". In addition they left all the rubbish at their feet for my partner to clean up. The reply from Ambassador beds to this was that "it is not the service they expect however, their hands are tied with which couriers they use"
I've taken the case up with the small claims court and issued all transcripts of the what's app business account. This is clearly not this first time people have been mislead and taken advantage of. As you see from the trustpilot profile for this company they challenge (and in most cases remove) the negative reviews. This is the 4th time i have had to revise this one.
Do not touch this company. I also find it strange that the facebook link on their website takes you to a page owned by bespoke beds, in addition, i have been trying to return my items however, the address provided on this profile is not registered with Yorkshire trading standards or Kirklees council (Dewsbury). Be Very careful when buying.
As of 21st October (4 weeks after delivey), and still no reply or refund. I have now been blocked on what's app.
Update to merchant comments - Your facebook link on your website takes you to the page of bespoke beds. In addition, i cannot give you an invoice number or proof of purchase because you didn't give me either. Happy to share the screenshots and emails with your Instagram and Facebook pages if you like though? As I have with Trustpilot to verify my experience.

So after a few months of research and lookin at reviews, I decided to purchase a Ambassador bed, well to say the least iv ad a brilliant experience with the company and the purchase, I paid £3k for a bed from bensons 11 years ago and to be honest it isn't half the bed as my new 1,comfy classy and definately worth the money, I will definately encourage people to use this company also, their van broke down comin back of a day delivering but they didn't stop there, they delivered my bed as the said the would after travelling back to Wakefield then back to Derby in a different Van, that is 150% top quality service so thanku.. This company is an absolutely fabulous example of Made in Britain standards. Especially during these tough Covid19 times, I was impressed by their standards and service. They went over and beyond to accommodate changes to my delivery to suit my work shift. Their couriers followed govt Covid19 guidelines to the letter when delivering my beds. They even followed up on the phone to check I had everything I needed to self assemble, and if I needed any extra guidance. I was very touched by that. Self assembly of the 5 parts was easy. The quality of these beds, the workmanship and materials is on a par with the big retailers! I 100% recommend these guys to all.

Amazing professional company. I honestly am so impressed with this company. Amazing quality, excellent customer service, assisted me with the design and colour to match my room perfectly, and the delivery was perfect. Highly recommend if you need a bed. Thanks so much guys
