Thought I’d write a review as after reading some I wasn’t to sure! So glad I went ahead with order!!! Amazing customer service, even replying to emails in evening, delivery was within 1 week, and the guys were great! My chairs are beautiful, I cannot wait for Christmas and all the family over to enjoy them lol!!! Thanks so much! Would definitely use this company again 👌

"Advertise Beds they dont make"
I bought a bed and they sent me something different from what they advertised. The heardboard was a different color from the side panels and the foot panel was a different colour....so 3 different colours. The joints were poorly made and i gave them a chance to rectify their error. Well i still have joints that are illfitted, heardboard is a different colour from the rest of the bed. Legs in the front are longer than the back so bed is tilted. Totally different from what was advertised. They have chosen to ignore me so i have contacted my card issuer plus trading standards. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They got 1 star coz there was no option for none. If only i could show you all the pictures

I was originally quite dubious as to whether or not to purchase my TV bed from Ambassador beds after reading some of the negative reviews left on here by other customers (some may even just be rival companies), however every company has happy and not so happy customers and I'm very happy that I decided to give them a chance as I'm very pleased to say the service and quality of goods I received was nothing short of exemplary from start to finish.
The ordering process via their website was smooth and simple and they were very accomerdating when it came to some extra bespoke finishings that I had requested.
I needed the bed pretty quickly and again this wasn't an issue for them. They had the bed with me and assembled within literally a couple of days.
Staff were very responsive to all my enquires and the delivery guys were very polite.
Will certainly be happy to recommend to friends and family. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"FAKE ADDRESS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE"
6 weeks on now since receiving my corner sofa and I have now had to cut my losses and dump the sofa £850 down the drain . No help from consumer rights because their address shown on here in ABOUT US section at bottom on here does not exist and is not on their website so no where to serve docs too they send our calls straight to answerphone and ignore all voice and written messages Please don't let this happen to anyone else you can see from reviews I'm not the first I've done every thing I can to alert trust pilot of their fake address and lack of customer service but still the let them use their platform to gain customers from 4 star rating how many are fake I wonder because everything else about them is fake please look up the Parsons Lane address in Leeds it does not exist . !!!!

Fast delivery , great communication. The bed itself is everything I dreamed about it's perfect in every way. Only thing I would say is measure the headboard size to the stairway of where u need it to go as it was to big to fit up my stairs which is my fault. 10/10 for quality

"Poor after service from Ambassador"
We purchased a carvbed from Ambassador very recently to find that the bed was missing groumets from the padding for the bed. We emailed to complain that there was a fault and what could be done. After relentless emails to Ambassador, we finally got an email back to say that they were going to send out the groumets which was a month ago. To date we have still not received the items. Yes it's only a small problem but its more about the principle. We paid alot of money for the bed and the minute a complaint was made, Ambassador dug their heads in the sand. I was due to buy 10 more beds for export but I'm afraid I would rather spend my money with a company that shows they actually care rather than take your money and make excuses.

Not a bad company do have my sofa but only had since March and it’s starting to go flat said they would call me never did read your messages don’t reply at the end of the day it’s cheaply made furniture when sofa came was missing buttons so had to ask them to send them out to hammer into the sofa
