Terrible customer service. The ottoman bed was faulty to begin with and I never used the underneath. However as soon as I started to the bolts popped off and can no longer go back on. I have been contacting this company for a long time now (months) and been left with excuses or ignored and now left with a cheaply mad ottoman bed that does not work. Honestly don’t waste your money with a company that clearly doesn’t care about there customers…Says it all about them!

"Company are con artists! Do not use."

I wanted to order a bed that they offered on their website. I couldn’t order the colour in the size, so I emailed them. They then added the size and colour to their website. I spoke to them about delivery and agreed a delivery date. I then placed the order. I received a email confirming they accepted the order.

The day before delivery I messaged to check that they were going to deliver on the agreed specified day. They then called and asked for £200 more!! Saying that they had incorrectly put the wrong price on the website. After lots of conversations I agreed to split the difference and pay £100 more. I paid this on the morning of the agreed delivery date.

The delivery was scheduled between 1 - 5pm Tuesday. It didn’t arrive. I called the company at 5pm to ask what had happened. I got a call from the delivery driver who said the van had broken down in the morning (before I’d paid the extra money). No one informed me. I spoke to Ambassador Beds and they advised that they couldn’t deliver until Thursday. I said that this was no good and I would reluctantly have to cancel the order. I was told I would get a full refund.

They have refunded the original amount. After a month of telling me every time I call, that they are processing the remaining refund that they are keeping the £100 to cover courier and handling costs as I’d refused the alternative date. They knew when I placed the order that I could only accept three delivery dates.

Totally disgusted that they feel they can do this, when it was their error in the first place.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

"This is the WORST company ever"

This is the WORST company ever. I ordered a sofa from this company. We did speak about making my sofa smaller on one side. When it arrived it was too small. Cut a long story short I spoke to someone called Mark and he advised me that I would receive a extra piece to make my sofa bigger. Still waiting after I purchased it from NOVEMBER alsoooo I paid for a footstool haven’t received that either. Tried to contact PayPal they told lies to paypal so I haven’t received my items nor do I have my money. I’ve been calling the company and they keep hanging the phone up on me. They are terrible and very unprofessional. They don’t care about people losing money.

Waste of money and very untrustworthy company! First of all I ordered a cream bedbase. Not only did it take a month to deliver, the item came in the colour grey. I have image proof I ordered cream. Moving on I had to pay an extra £150 just to get it shortened and fitted and on top of that the workers who fit my bed did a terrible job and the order didnt even come with a black base for the storage unit. I am so dissapointed and have spent so much money I have reached out to them twice about the situation and they said they will send put the black base sheet which its been 2 months and they havent sent nothing! I cant even get a refund or any compensation on the product or even the black sheet base. Very crappy service and unreliable!

"Waste of money"

Delivery was late to start with.
After unpacking the bed and putting it all together it looked nice but on further inspection there were flaws in the finish of the bed, I reported this by email and was advised I'd hear back from them, that was months ago and even thought I've tried getting in touch again I've had no reply
The bed is usable however bed is really badly made. I'm so disappointed

Honestly a bit surprised to see a few negative reviews on here... I ordered a custom size headboard to fit in my loft conversion and it was delivered within a week. When it arrived I realised I had ordered the wrong frame (completely my own fault) and I didn't think I would be able to do anything about it as it was a custom order. But I called the helpline and they came the following week and exchanged it for me no questions asked! Great customer service and amazing looking bed. Very happy customer, would definitely recommend. *****

"FANTASTIC CAR BED/FANTASTIC SERVICE"

Just purchased a fantastic car bed for our grandson. Delivery time was quoted as 5-7days but came several days earlier. Excellent communication and worked with me to arrange a 30 minute phone call to advise that the delivery was on it's way as I was at work. We had a couple of small parts that were missing, we liased by WhatsApp and email and the parts were actually hand delivered/posted through our letterbox on the very same day. Thank you for your amazing prompt service, the bed looks fantastic and our grandson is thrilled to bits with it.
