"AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!"

Bought a super king Kensington bed with gas’s lift £650 plus £50 surcharge bed came abit late but that’s fine , put the bed together and it was faulty the headboard didn’t have a Recess for the mattress so it hung off the end , msged mark seemed helpful sent pics etc he said he would sort it but then nothing 3 weeks later I said I was taking it to pay pal and PayPal sided with me that I should get a full refund so MARK said send it back then they would refund me , the cost of sending the bed from Portsmouth to Leeds was £250 ish so I Decided not to as couldn’t afford to lose that much money , the beds are made in bulk with cheap materials and if there’s a problem they don’t care wish I had never bought it but I’m stuck with it ! And if he says anything different he’s a liar

"If I could give this company no stars…"

If I could give this company no stars that’s what they would get!

I purchased a bed off them a few months ago, I contacted them via phone call and WhatsApp as the bed didn’t line up together and took 2 days to build it! I then further contacted them regarding my mattress as all the springs have come out of the mattress! (States on their Facebook page this mattress supports EVERY sleepers weight!) I am 9stone so clearly not very heavy!😂 anyway I got a response on Instagram as they had blocked my number on WhatsApp and was told there is a 12 month guarantee on a mattress (which he then lied about saying when I contacted him on my partners phone) I called him and he said I would get a call back in 20 mins as his boss was driving and was unable to speak to me (LIE ONCE AGAIN)
Anyway I never received my call back, I then contacted him AGAIN and asked for a refund for the mattress and he refused saying I must be too fat for my bed! I could believe it,
He told me the mattress is not under any warranty when he had already told me the mattress has 12 month warranty,

BASICALLY AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS! Unless you want to be scammed!!

Also have all the screenshots and recordings of the phone calls which I will be passing onto training standards

"Awful"

Awful - and don’t be fooled be any fake positive reviews. Bed misshaped faulty, they refused to put it right. I am now referring this to trading standards. Please don’t be caught out like I was and avoid this company at all costs - you’ve been warned.

"DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!"

To avoid any claim by the company that this is a fake review, I will happily supply a copy of purchase invoice, transcript of extensive What’sApp conversation, including video calls and dialogue of my attempts to resolve this through Paypal.
Warning for Paypal users, if a supplier will not confirm receipt of return goods, or as in my case they provide an incorrect return address, PAYPAL WILL NOT REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY!!

I purchased the bed via their website on March 20th, got delivered on March 24th (about the only thing that has been efficient about them) the problem was reported that day, the bed had gas lift with it, but it would not fit properly, after several back and forth messages through What’sApp and phone calls, I had decided that I should act upon my consumer rights and have the bed collected and refunded.
After lots of messing me about, with excuse after excuse, failing to collect, despite agreeing, with me that they would collect and refund. I was left with no choice other than to go through Paypal resolution centre. The company eventually after stringing it out as long as they could, agreed via PayPal to refund me the full amount, upon return of the bed, Paypal notified me of an address and upon checking that address it had nothing to do with the company…. Still they stated on other phone calls that they would collect bed and sort it, yet again a bunch of lies, the address they have on Trust pilot is also an incorrect one (as told by MARK himself) I have been calling them at least 4-5 times day, answerphone only, I leave messages they don’t respond, I send What’sApp no response, send email, no response.
Use a different phone and don’t leave message, they surprisingly call that number back, then when realising it was me, gave me more crap excuses and lies once again.

Told they would arrange a courier last Friday and call me back within 30 minutes, surprisingly no return call. Mark, told me Tuesday that they would call me back by end of the day to sort it out, surprisingly no call back.

All I can say is avoid both MARK and AMBASSADOR BEDS at all costs, they are just there to rip people off.
I am legally entitled to my money back and want you to collect your bed….I will not be ignored or go away.
Trading standards are now involved, contacted Fraud department as advised by Paypal to do so……..
It really didn’t have to be this hard………

"Don't waste your time"

I would NOT recommend this company received a damaged car bed in January, took photos and made contact as soon as I received it only to be blocked on every social media contact. Do not waste your Money. Your funny I sent you a message as soon as my item was received and have all the proof to back what I'm saying, it was originally agreed to exchange but after waiting so long yes I asked for a refund for a £600 bed to which you offered me £60, and also i have proof from other people as well. It's a bit funny how you can respond on here but ignore all my calls and block me. Under the consumer rights act 2015 you had 14 days to refund me. So have now reported you to trading standards and also sent proof of you doing it to me and others. Marcus I'm not a nasty person but you can not keep doing this. Do you research first guys

"Terrible Communication, Product Still Not Here"

I ordered a bed 13 days ago and still do not have it despite delivery being claimed as between 7 and 10 days online. It also states they will call to arrange delivery which they did not. I had a missed call from them but no voicemail and they did not answer when I called back.

I then whatsapped them and was promised a delivery day but was not given a time and the customer service was very rude about this. It then got to really late in the evening and it still hadn't turned up so I told them I could not accept it as I had a prior arrangement to do. They said they would reschedule and promised to give me an update a few days later, which they did not until I messaged them to ask for one. I was then told 'hopefully weekend' which is absolutely unacceptable.

I have now spent £600 and have no bed yet and am not fully convinced one will actually turn up. Customer service is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I would be happy to change the review if the company becomes more communicative and helpful.

I wish so much I had read the reviews online first. This situation could have been avoided if they had rung me to arrange delivery like the website promised.

"Pleased"

Ordered the Kensington Bed Frame King size / Steel Plush Velvet / Gas lift storage. My dream bed it's beautiful no complaints there. Took me a fair while to put together though as the 'instructions' if you could call them that are not worth the paper their written on. YouTube to the rescue. Delivery could have been better but pleased with it over all. Thanks!

"Recently purchased the racing car bed…"

Recently purchased the racing car bed and paid for assembly. Arrived early but they rung to check this was ok, they assembled very quickly, no problems at all. Very pleased with the bed, it's fab, my husband and son LOVE it. Will definitely use this company again. Very happy with service and communication from start to finish. Thank you ambassador beds

"Delivery is ridiculous!"

To start the bed is lovely therefore no complaints regarding the bed but the customer service and delivery is diabolical!
States on the website delivery is between 5/7 days, I ordered the 11th February and was given a time slot for the 20th between 3 o’clock and 7 o’clock. That wasn’t an issue, took the day off work last minute unpaid to ensure I was home for the delivery, time goes by.. gets to 7pm and I contact the company asking about delivery as I hadn’t heard nothing to be told they were having issues with the van therefore the delivery would be the next day. I did not take this lightly as I had already sat in all day!
As soon as I mentioned leaving a bad review the delivery driver was on the phone telling me he’ll be with us at 10:30pm, I thought fair enough I’ll wait up. 2x abrupt drivers show up at 11pm! Not helpful at all, lumbered the bed on the front with no conversation and just drove off.

It’s funny how one minute you were having difficulties with transport then as soon as I mentioned a bad review it was on its way!

I done a lot of research into getting a bed and found this company to be one of the best but after my personal experience I will not be recommending it nor using it again
