Awful company. Sent wrong bed frame & wrong bed base that doesn’t even fit the bed, the base is SO cheaply made it’s absolutely disgraceful. Gas lift storage was purchased as an added extra and it doesn’t work. When we approached the company about the gas lift, I was told they knew it wouldn’t work as they’re having issues with the mechanism...!!! No refund or exchange offered after chasing them and funnily enough now can’t get through to the company. Terrible service avoid like the plague.

This company is such a waste of time. I ordered my bed and contacted the company on numerous occasions for a delivery date. The owner “Mark” if that’s even his real name kept telling me he would call back to confirm but wouldn’t bother. He even gave me a delivery time but didn’t turn up and I rang them only to be told it wasn’t in stock. 2 weeks later the bed finally came. The headboard was wonky and there was a hole in the fabric at the foot of the bed. I messaged “Mark” who read my messages and then blocked me.

I then called the delivery guy who told me that it was because we had a dog and they felt it wasn’t safe for them to return to the house. I told them I was happy to travel to them and pick up a replacement. They said “Mark” wouldn’t agree.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

Trading standards will definitely be informed.

No the bed aint broke at no fault of my own the is made out of cheek products and important from Turkey so says it all really when I phone u last time you said you had a problem with the beds dont worry im contacting trading Standards and disputing this with bank to pull the money back which I have all the evidence when trying to contact and yous dont ring back

"Brilliant shop"

Brilliant shop! Bought a bed from there a few weeks ago and, due to a mix up, had to return it and order a different one. I was slightly worried because of a couple of negative reviews but I had no issues whatsoever. The shop couldn’t have done any more to make sure I was happy with my order. I’ve just put the bed up now and it looks fantastic, real quality! It feels really solid and can’t believe I got it for such a good price.

I had a very pleasant experience with Ambassador beds despite being anxious of ordering from a company I’ve never heard of i places an order for Oulton Wing Back Panelled Bed Frame - double / pink plush velvet / Gas lift storage ottoman frame, the entire process was great it was delivered promptly, it was a lovely colour, it fit together perfectly infact we didn’t put it together for 2 months as we were in the process of buying a house by the time we moved I had lost the instructions and we still managed to put the entire bed together no problems not even with the gas lift (which is amazing) I don’t normally go out of my way to post reviews but I wanted to let people know that my experience was a good one and my daughter has been sleeping in this bed now for 3 months and we love it! Everywhere else it was a substantial about more especially with the gas lift! I would recommend this company to anyone in my circle!
The delivery men were so lovely to us aswell happy chaps 👍🏻

I was a little apprehensive by purchasing from a bed company I found on Instagram but I am so glad I picked Ambassador Beds! I bought a king and double bed, both easy to fit and look way more expensive than what they cost me! Can't recommend them enough, they delivered right on time and the guy who came to drop the beds off was extremely helpful as it was rather heavy!

Do not order from this company! Absolutely waste of money cheap fabric, poorly fitted with unfitted slats the double isn’t even a double the mattress overhangs the bottom board. The mattress was supposed to be a pocket sprung it was so cheap and awful. To rude staff to come and assemble the bed were in such a rush left marks on my wall which had been freshly painted left the rubbish for me to clear up so I contacted the owner mark who said sorry we have no where to throw it, then kept asking for the money I asked him for a refund and he blocked me. Also he told me bed comes with a years warranty but did not supply any documentation no receipt. He will ask you for cash in hand and transfer which you won’t get back. Be careful. I knew something was dodgy about him. These people are cunning people and using Beds from other companies which they are not selling. If you are looking for a “get your money’s worth” then I highly recommend the luxury bed company.I love your reply’s claiming we’re competitors or someone giving a fake review. You flagged my comment which trust pilot have kept on as I showed them proof. Stop flagging people’s comments and removing them and getting people from abroad and friends to give good reviews.

I ordered a super king size bed with gas lift storage. Their website was awful and i wrote down exactly what i wanted from design and fabric which i had already been sent a swatch. I had no confirmation of my order so i rang a few days later and spoke to The owner who said yes it was all confirmed and the bed would be delivered the following weekend. A bed was delivered but straight away i knew it was the wrong fabric and design and didn't have gas lift storage. We called them straight away, there was no apology just that they would sort it and get the correct bed delivered. For the next 2 weeks it was radio silence. My calls and texts were ignored. My husband finally managed to get in contact with them and was promised the bed would be delivered that weekend. Of course the bed was not delivered and nearly 3 weeks on i still had the unwanted bed blocking my hallway. After numerous attempts of trying to contact i decided to go through PayPal who i paid through and thank goodness i did as the following day Ambassador beds contacted me to say they couldn't get hold of the fabric i had selected so i asked for someone to collect the bed and to refund me. Again i didn't hear anything so i escalated the claim through PayPal and finally the bed was collected on Thursday. I have just received an email from PayPal to say they have refunded me. Who thought buying a bed would be so stressful, i would definitely steer clear of the company, sadly i only read reviews after i had bought this bed and saw there were lots of unhappy customers.
