I still haven't received the product. Ordered on October 11th. It's now November 16th.

Never respond to the phone calls, do not respond for the emails.
I am still waiting for response for the parts ordered that I need to return because the technician that the Vinotemp appliance is beyond repair so I would to get my money back for a part that i can not use. So I would like instructions on how to do that.
Waiting for response.
I would appreciate a response ASAP.

Contacted customer support about some issues I was having with my older unit to get advice on how to proceed based on symptoms the unit was having. Someone responded quickly and advised as to what part I needed and sent me a link to purchase it. It arrived in about 2 weeks and I was able to self-install it with very little difficulty.

"I would give a zero if I could"
I would give a zero if I could. Ordered item that was stated as in stock. It was not until I followed up 3 weeks later I was told it was out of stock. It has been almost five weeks and they have still not issued a refund. I have to call and email regularly to ask for refund. Borders on fradulent business practices. Terrible company.

"Absolutely horrific experience - the worst!"
In my 62 years I have never dealt with a worse run company and the absolute most repulsive customer "service". I placed an order and after a week had not received notification of shipment. I called customer service to inquire and was told that my order "had not been approved". I asked for clarification and was told my card # and name had not been "verified", although MY CARD HAD BEEN CHARGED THE WEEK BEFORE WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED! I asked to speak to a manager and was passed to the shipping manager. The story changed at that point, and I was told there were problems in their shipping dept. and orders take 5-7 days to ship (it has already been 8 days!). At that point, after having been lied to I was starting to get quite upset and was given a "warning" by the employee that I would be hung up on. I asked to cancel the order at that point and was told there would be a 3% fee. THIS IS INSANE - how can you run a business this way?!?! Off to BBB to file a complaint!

"No Service available in Ontario, Canada"
When we ordered new kitchen cabinets, I had purchased Vinotemp 32 bottle wine cooler. After 5 years wine cooler stopped working. I called Vinotemp and inquired about the repair facility in Toronto, Canada area. The technician gave me 2 names, and unfortunately both companies do not repair Vinotemp wine coolers. I called many Appliance repair companies, and so far could not find any that work with Vinotemp. So if you are in Canada (Ontario), DO NOT BUY VINOTEMP. We are left with useless appliance now, since we cannot find another wine cooler that will fit the space. Very disappointed with the service.

The technical help was invaluable and helped me to order the correct part to fix my wine cooler. The shipping of the control panel, however, was a little on the slow side. Part arrived without instructions, but I took a photo of the old part and how the wires were connected, and I was able to hook up the new part with little trouble. The wine cooler now works like new.

"Quick response but support not great"
Quick response. However, when I had a question regarding where on the wine cooler I could find the part I was replacing, I was sent the same PDF I had already received, which was of no use. In the end I replaced the part and the cooler only worked for 1 day. Now I need to replace the relay. Not worth it!
