There needs to be more vertical space between the shelves. Larger circumference bottles, such as Pinot Noir and Champagne, are hard to fit. I felt like I have to put together a puzzle when I was adding my wines into the fridge to maximize the number of bottles per row and be able to open each row without much difficulty. Since a lot of my bottles seem to be larger sized, I averaged about 8-9 bottles per row.
The noise was similar to my last wine fridge which was 10 years old and it runs about as often. Would have expected a newer model to be quieter and run less often but this isn't an issue, just an observation.
The dual temperature works great and love the looks and overall design.

"Advertised as Made in U.S. but labeled Made in China"
They advertise that their products are made in the United States. I paid more than market price for my product thinking that I was buying a U.S. product. When it arrived it was labeled "Made in China". I could have bought a Chinese product of equal quality for 1/3 less money. To top it off they have terrible customer service. They don't return calls or emails in a timely manner. I would buy somewhere else if I had it to do over.
