"Wine Drawers …not as advertised"
I ordered (2) silver mirrored wine drawers, received a black glass wine drawer from 2 different vendors (I thought that the first vendor (Home Depot) sent the wrong drawers, so I took them back and reordered from Target.com.) These units look NOTHING like what is pictured on various web sites. My second set of drawers arrived re-crated, upside down and dented on the back sides and a piece of stripping @the drawer was bent. I REALLY wanted the drawers and have just accepted these by default.....the control lights are so bright, I need to put electrician tape over them to have these in my home bar. I am still under construction and they are not yet in use....I really feel that Vinotemp needs a more precise picture of how these units truly present.

"DENTED ICEMAKER"
The icemaker I ordered came in very dented and because of the dents would not fit in the space it was destined for. The warehouse sent it in its original retail packaging which was very thin and did not protect it. Customer service will not accept the return/exchange and I am out the $1200 I wired upfront for this.
I will not be recommending Vinotemp appliances to anyone.
I purchased this through your distributor, O'Rourke Sales and had to prepay. They are not honoring a refund or exchange. The icemaker weighed 84 LBS so I'm guessing that is why it was not palletized but it should have been better protected for shipping.

I signed up for our warranty for a wine dispenser, a very expensive one, and never got notifcation that they received our online form. No confirmation email, confirmation letter, or confirmation message on the screen once submitted! I still don't know if my 1300 wine dispenser has a warranty! Just a simple confirmation at the end of submitting the form would be nice, and now I have an issue with one of the dispensers not working! We'll see if they'll even service it. Be careful!
As an update, I still have yet to get my fridge serviced. I emailed their customer service, and they asked me for the ID number for the unit which I provided. I still haven't heard anything from them!!! Buy anything non-vinotemp! Over priced and no service!!!! So much for our $1300!!

"The frig arrived with a significantly …"
The frig arrived with a significantly bent upper door hinge. I had to remove the hinge from the unit, reshape it in a vise, and reinstall it onto the frig cabinet.
I have read similar complaints about this same issue online.
Vinotemp should take a good look at how the unit is packaged and improve the packaging to prevent this from happening.

Very happy with our wine refrigerator. It cools the white wines to a perfect temperature and the reds as well. Looks good wit the décor in the kitchen.
