I purchased this item from Costco sight unseen based on rating from other customers for this same item. I was honestly surprised at the quality of the cooler, the racks are very sturdy, I love the rubber stops they really help hold the bottles in place. The unit is very attractive, extremely quiet and hold the temperature well. I agree with one customer that noted the upper temp runs about 2-3 degrees cooler but that works for my white wines. Well worth the money I paid for the unit. The delivery was excellent, I was honestly feeling bad for the delivery guys that had to move the unit down a flight of stairs but they were extremely conscious of the unit and protected it the entire way, the unit was delivered with a screw missing from the thermostat unit and they immediately found a replacement.

Nice wine cooler. Ordered from Costco and bought additional warranty. When it was delivered the attachment got the door handle was defective so can't install it. Contacted Costco warranty, after 50 min on the phone they gave me a direct email for Vinotemp to have parts sent that day. 3 days later and an additional online warranty ticket and we still have had no response. Frustrated beyond belief!!

I was quoted 6-8 weeks for the delivery of my wine box from the day it was ordered. It took 4 1/2 months, with the only communication from vinotemp being when I initiated the communication. The staff at vinotemp was unrepentant regarding the delays, using the excuse that they are a "working warehouse", among other excuses. They then used a delivery company that was ill equipped to handle such a heavy piece, resulting in damage to the box during delivery. I have had the box for a few months and it seems to be working fine. The quality of the finished product is good.

We were looking for a small inexpensive cabinet to go with our 2-#700 Vinotemp cabinets. The wire racking was so flimsy and so ill fitting that I am afraid to put more than a dozen bottles in a cooler advertised to hold 48 bottles. I contacted customer service and they sent back a canned email that was unhelpful. I emailed them again but have heard nothing back. I regret purchasing the Vinotemp 48 bottle cooler
