The fridge has been awesome so far. We will need to move it to it’s permanent location in the next couple of months after our renovation so we are excited to see how that goes. The customer service has been incredibly helpful. All in all so far we are very happy with our purchase

"Cooling Unit for a 440TD"

I bought a 440TD in 1991. Cooling unit worked fine with one repair until this year 2018 and I replaced it with their updated unit.
I bought a second 440TD in 2011. Cooling unit was a big issue. Had to send it back to the factory two different times for repair. Delt with Nick Tamayo in customer service. He needs to be let go.
I like the box design. The cooling units could be better.
Customer service needs a shake-up.

Pleased with my Vinotemp. I have had it for about a month. 90% of the wines I drink are in Bordeaux bottles so these fit nicely on the shelves....11 to a shelf. There is an area at the bottom of the refrigerator to place oddly shaped bottles. The shelves are sturdy. Upon sliding open the shelves, the labels on the wine bottles do not get scratched. I am pleased to have room for all my wine. The only reason I am giving this unit 4 stars is because of the delivery. I ordered this unit through the Home Depot and I paid to have the unit placed in my house for me. I never received a call from the delivery service and my unit had dents on both sides. Home Depot remedied the situation by giving me a 10% refund.

Other than that, I am very pleased with this unit.
