Purchased the Vinotemp 300-Bottle Dual-Zone Wine Cooler VT-300-SS-2Z from Costco. The White Glove delivery went great and the crew worked hard to get the unit just right. After a few small glitches on getting the unit set up properly, all seems to be going well. Needed to call Vinotemp for some questions on set up, and they were quick to reply and very helpful.

Received this for my new house....The control panel doesn't work, and the door. was cracked, maybe they got this on clearance, but it is new and should at least function. tried to contact customer service to get some resolution, NO RESPONSE!!! Buy a cheaper one that works.

On phone person was knowledgeable and very helpful. Product was shipped quickly and replacement was easy. Only complaint would be the price for the plastic drip pan that had to be replaced, too.
