Our company commissioned vinotemp to build a custom wine cooler for our client. All speicfications were reviewed, signed off on and detailed. They were pretty prompt before taking our money but once they took our deposit it was like pulling teeth to get information. They coujdln't give me ANY estimated production schedule. We had no idea when it would ship, if it would ever be done and if they just took our money and ran. They finally shipped the unit incomplete without the cooler and 2 weeks later sent the cooler. The unit never worked. It condensated, leaked air, dripped water all over our clients very expensive wine collection. Their contract states that "all sales are final". essentially they could deliver you a bucket of bolts and walk away, which is exact what they did to us. Lesson learned and now we are having to hire a reputable, experience, customer service oriented company to fix the problem. When we contacted another company and explained what happened they were not surprised. This wasn't the first time they had to cleanup Vinotemps mess and I'm sure it won't be the last. Save yourself the money, stress, aggravation, and poor results. Hire a professional and thats anyone but Vinotemp!

"Bad Compressor"

Vinotemp has requested a review of their service. I had no contact with their service reps with the product I purchased. With the two issues I had with the purchase of the wine refrigerator within one week, it was easier to return the product and start over with my purchase.

This review format seems a bit too broad. Not sure what you're asking. My experience with customer service and sales reps were fine. They were able to provide me with decent information that I was looking for.
As for their products, they seem very expensive considering the life expectancy of the cooling system I've read online. The dimensions of a new unit were identical to my old one on paper, but the new unit seemed like a much tighter fit. Considering the weight of the unit, it was a bit of a chore to install.

"Very loud fridge"

The wine fridge I purchased makes very load popping sounds at regular intervals, at least once an hour. I spoke with the vendor I bought it from and they stated other people have made this complaint as well.

The Vinotemp wine fridge is great!....wish I had done it sooner. Does the job and is super quiet. Temps are holding exactly where I wanted them to be.

Worked great for two years, now I am getting quotes of $1200 (cost of a new unit), and zero companies are me service Vinotemps. Extremely disappointed in the product and the support didn’t help. The customer service had great response time, but no actionable items to help.
