"Customer service is lacking..."
I just purchased this unit in February and some type of switch went out. My temp says 57 but everything inside is either frozen (water) or sooo cold there is frost on the outside.
I am now dealing with the customer service and I can already tell by the emails that are being sent, that this is going to be a hassle.
They can’t even call, I received an email telling me a part/switch went out. I had to ask if they were going to send someone out to fix or replace it.

"Overall nice chiller"
Chiller was delivered quickly with no damage. I let it sit for 24 hours and when I plugged it in, it started cooling immediately and quickly cooled my wine down to 56 degrees within a few hours. Pros are as follows:
1. Easy to set up and level. 2. Cooled down quickly. 3. Not noisy.
Cons: 1. Cannot get 7 bottles on a shelf unless they are standard size. Most shelves will only hold six bottles. 2. The shelves only pull out 1/3 of the way so it is difficult to read the labels on the bottles while on the rack. 3. The lighting in the chiller is very dim and does not evenly illuminate the inside of the chiller.
Overall it is a nice chiller and will serve its purpose, just be aware of the limitations.

"I have had several Vinotemp wine…"
I have had several Vinotemp wine coolers and experienced no problems until now. When you need to use the warranty, it is a VERY SLOW PROCESS! You would think with technology today that this should not take so long in just getting it scheduled. I have been communicating since April 5th, 2018 and still have not had my unit repaired. You communicate by email and either the person you are dealing with had too much to do or does not work full time. It is April 27, 2018 and the repairmen was supposed to be at my house between 10 AM and 12 noon, no phone call, no show. Still waiting from Vinotemp to resolve.

"Terrible customer experience..."
We purchased two Vinotemp Wine Fridges in late 2017. One of the glass doors was shattered during installation thus requiring us to order a replacement. We were told 4-6 weeks to get a replacement door which should have arrived in mid-December. It is now April 2018. After going back and forth for the previous 5 months with Vinotemp we were told that there is no replacement door. Had we have known that the company could not service or repair their products we would have chosen another company. We find it hard to believe that a company the size of Vinotemp can't produce, manufacture or even find a solution to a broken door on one of their units. They have been at the very least unable to service their own products or at worst unwilling to help a customer find a solution. We will not be using them again in the future nor would we recommend them.

"Economical solution for your wine cellar"
Great looking, functional and space efficient wine cellar. Blue LED interior lights look cool and simple to use. Motor sounds little louder than expected but not too bad.
