"Good, but not great, wine fridge"
Unlike other Vinotemp models I've had, this one does not allow to reverse the door direction. Takes a while to dial temperature range in to meet storage requirements for different types of wine. Does not accommodate some vintage campaign bottles except on top selves of sections; not an optimal temperature zone. But the price is right, and overall, I am satisfied with this fridge.

I contacted customer service about an issue and received a response fast, but ever since then I can’t get any help for my problem and nobody will respond to my emails. I don’t think I will purchase another unit again from this company

Delivery & setup service was excellent.
Would prefer that the unit was a little deeper, because stacking a second row in front of the back row is a little unstable when bottles are stacked two rows high without a front stop.
Big problem is that the bottom level will not get cooler than 62 degrees, even though the target temperature was set to 55 degrees, and reset several times to ensure the 55 degree target..

Having bought this in the UK over a week ago, and waiting the requisite 24 hours to turn it on, I then set the temperature for the 2 zones which seemed very straightforward...except the temperature of the unit itself did not deviate from each other. So both are varying between 2 and 7 degrees but are both exactly the same as each other - not dual zone at all.
After thinking it might have been my error, I contacted the support team who promptly sent me a video explaining how to set the two zones - exactly what I had done.
I told them this and they asked for a video showing the error - sent this, and now I get radio silence. I get the feeling that if I am ignored long enough the problem will go away, as this American company doesn't seem to have a UK repairer or warranty structure.
To be clear I don't want to return this - I just want a wine cooler that works as advertised, and to feel that my business is worth responding to when I have issues. This just seems like it is in the too hard basket for them.
Update - I received another response from the vinotech.com soon after posting this pointing me to a local company in the UK who may be able to assist - these are the 4th/5th people I have been put in touch with now. Depending on the outcome of that I will revise my review accordingly. I have been in communication already with Vinotech but have limited responses in trying to resolve the problem or suggestions (up to now) about someone local I could talk to, or what should happen if it can't be fixed/resolved. Hopefully it can be solved now

This is a great value for a wine fridge. It works great, shelves slide and it is very quiet I would recommend.
