Good product but customer service is another ordeal

This is definitely a great product for its price. Decent capacity, not too noisy. Serve the purpose.

This is our third wine cooler. None of the others perform like this new one. It keeps making a loud banging/popping noise and in the troubleshooting section of the manual it says that "Wine Cooler makes too much noise or vibrates" and the company's explanation is "Contraction and expansion of the inside walls may cause popping and cracking noises." Why would they even think that would be acceptable in a home environment?

The size and ability to control the temp closely are great features.

We really like our new small VinoTemp cabinet for our second home we share with friends. We have 3 large custom made ones also that we have had for many years and they just keep humming along perfectly! With the new small one, the box says it holds 45 bottles, however, the guys were not able to get that many in it. Still, they are happy with our surprise purchase for them.
