I recently ordered items (Order #GA-224073) from GrowAce, including a light and bags, which were marked as “in stock” on February 27, 2025. After five days with no shipping updates, I reached out for clarification, only to learn the bags were backordered, and they were holding my light shipment until the bags arrived. Despite requesting the light be shipped ASAP, GrowAce delayed further, creating a shipping label but not dispatching the item. It wasn’t until I emailed on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, threatening to cancel due to ongoing delays that they suddenly sent a shipping notification the same day—conveniently after my cancellation request.
This is a clear example of poor customer service and a lack of transparency. No proactive communication was provided about the backorder status, and they only acted when faced with the prospect of losing the sale. Even now, they haven’t responded to my latest email from Tuesday requesting a full refund and cancellation. This reactive approach, coupled with their failure to ship promptly despite initial “in stock” assurances, reflects poorly on their reliability. I advise caution when ordering from GrowAce—better communication and accountability are sorely needed.

"Sales are click bait they won't honor them. "
Took my money for a sale item. 31 days later my order is canceled. They use these sale items as click bait to get you there and then don't honor the sales. I'm sorry I didn't buy your over priced items and stuck the sale.

"Sadie was absolutely amazing"
Sadie was absolutely amazing. I have read through many of the “how-to” and I believe I ended up having even more questions. All of my questions were answered and frames of references were given to further indulge my reading. I had a few other administrative things to accomplish on the sight and Sadie walked me through it all. Absolutely amazing customer service, Growace has a life long customer! I wish this was every company’s policy and service, extremely appreciative!!!

"Wish I had read here before I ordered"
Wish I had read here before I ordered. This company has been a real disappointment to deal with. I have to warn everyone to beware. If the product works ok, I think it would be fine. But, if you need help, they need to completely overhaul their ethos and how they deal with customers.

"Horrible company with cheap merchandise"
They have terrible customer service. Managers only available via email and they take forever to respond. I purchased a complete system and slowly pieces broke. When trying to replace I had to jump through multiple hoops and wait foe the warehouse to review if my item is Eligible for warranty. It has been 4 weeks and still no replacement. Additional items have broken and unable to get a response. If I could leave negative stars I would. Steer clear of this company!!!

"STAY AWAY"
STAY AWAY. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Paid for overnight shipping when they drop ship and not actually in possession of the item. Order a light on a Monday 1 day expedited shipping. Got my light Friday. They charged me $105 extra. Asked for refund and was told that I wouldn't get it until I got the light. Light showed up and was clearly an open box item not brand new. Complained and sent pictures before I even opened it and said I wanted a refund. I was told to open it. No surprise it wasn't packaged correctly. Styrofoam didn't stop light from moving around. Box of extra wires was just tossed in loose banging around on the inside. No surprise when I plugged it in l, it only lit up red. Went back on their live chat (which said they were online) provided additional pictures. No one bothered to respond. After an hour I gave up and disputed the charge with my card provider. AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
