These are appalling!!! Please do not buy a car from here this company/branch needs closing down and I am taking my complaint to the highest level I can no matter how hard they make it or ignore us. They are rude, unhelpful and do not answer calls or help in the slightest!!

Thought I would update my previous review. Since the last post regarding the missing part from my van which they have sent an email saying they have and will post I have of course heard nothing. That is 5 weeks ago. Since posting the review they replied on here so it looks they are dealing with it. I responded to them again and AGAIN they have done nothing .

This company are without doubt the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. I would cast doubt on some of the positive reviews posted on here.......

So to summarise bought a van in November, had missing part which they said would be resolved on collection. It wasn't and despite countless phone calls and emails I have yet to receive the part or in fact get a return phone.

They use a third party to vet phone calls , want to buy a vehicle a very prompt return call, anything else lets go into fob off tactics.

AVOID THIS COMPANY !

"Easy to deal with"

Easy to deal with, little disappointed that the car was driven up to me (adding 400 miles onto the clock) rather than being put onto a transporter, considering I paid quite a bit for delivery.

"Worst car dealer in the country"

Worst car dealer in the country. Sent car with a tyre that was illegal and about to brust. It was down to the wire. Second tyre no tread so illegal. Battery light keeps coming up low battery so needs new battery. Chip in screen that needed fixing. When call they just try and avoid you over and over. Now no log book going to have to apply for new one.

The customer service is of great quality where as a customer you feel respected and valued, they provide helpful information to clear the fears and anxieties. I would love to do business with you again and again. I would and will not hesitate to recommend a friend or colleague to choose from your wide range of quality vehicles.
