"Hard-working, high achievers"
We appointed RSK Acton for the sale of our flat and have been very pleased with RSK’s work. We would definitely work with them again as our first port of call. They worked really hard to get us the best possible offers on the table, leaving no stone unturned and gave us regular, detailed feedback from visits. As a local agency they know the area really well and gave us a lot of dedicated attention as customers. We also found them to be respectful in a way that many other agencies aren’t.

"I let my flat out and recently sold it…"
I let my flat out and recently sold it through RSK Ealing branch. I have always found them very easy to deal with and very on the ball with information and acting on any issues that require attention. In my view, they are a highly professional team that I would use again should I be looking in the future at property in the area. My thanks to all in the Sales team and the Lettings team, in particular thanks to Kealey. I have no hesitation in recommending this RSK branch.

"Appalling service all round"
Appalling service all round. I took over from someone else on a joint tenancy and had to transfer them deposit (which I do not think is right as there is no receipt for my payment and shouldn't be transferring my deposit to an individual rather than a company). When moving in I had an issue with an item missing from the itinerary (a bed in a furnished room!) which RSK were unwilling to help with and just kept chasing me to pay deposit across which I was not willing to do without the bed being replaced. Now moving out before the end of the joint tenancy (for which there is no break clause) and have found a tenant to replace me, so far 5 weeks and still waiting for the change in contract, having to regularly email for any kind of update. I understand references have to be checked but it should not take this long and there should be strict timeframes when people are potentially homeless and having to rely on hotels or friends sofas! It also took emailing 5 people and a phone call for someone to even acknowledge I had found the replacement. Also supposed to get a refund on overpaid deposit due to a change in legislation which I am still waiting on and have chased several times with no response despite sending bank details across. I addition to this I am concerned with RSK sharing confidential information outside the company by email which I will also be raising in a formal complaint.
