Had a fantastic experience buying through Robertson Smith &Kempson the entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with thank you

Would very strongly discourage people from using this agent. On Friday(18th) they showed me a property. I placed on the spot offer. I went into their offices and offered agreement in principle and deposit.

On Wednesday (23rd) they told me congratulations the buyer has accepted the offer. Also they agreed a higher price with me indicating that more sellers are interested in property so I should make a quick offer.

On Friday (25th) I arranged a surveyor and my mortgage advisor sent them an agreement in principle from the bank . No one responded to the surveyor and the mortgage advisor. I paid for the survey.I called the office on Friday and my surveyor called the office on Friday - no one responded. When I called their offices on Saturday (26th) Carla B told me don't worry once you and the seller has accepted the offer we won't show the property to anyone else.

On Monday (28th) they told me someone else has given a higher offer and we are legally bound to present the offer to the seller.

1. Why did no one respond on Friday?
2. Why did they not inform me that they have shown property to someone else and why was I kept under the myth that once my offer has been verbally accepted ; I can take atleast a week to get things sorted
3. Why was I pressurised to commit to a higher price point and make a quick offer
4. Why can RSK take 3 days to agree to price with a seller ; why I as a buyer should be expected to get everything ready in a day
5. Why does their senior management not intervene

PLEASE BUYERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.

Nothing has got resolved. They got another offer on Saturday; presented it the seller.
