"Highly recommended."
I've let my property through RSK now for over 10 years and have always found them to be extremely helpful and quick to resolve any issues that have arisen. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional, efficient and friendly including, most recently, Daisy Wills. Cannot recommend them enough!

"Property management"
RSK have managed our property for nearly 10 years. More recently Daisy has been great helping us with our property and changeover of tenants. A few problems had arisen in the previous tenancy and Daisy worked tirelessly behind the scenes and kept us updated throughout and is now working with us to ensure our property meets our high standards for the next tenancy - Daisy has sourced quotes and has communicated excellently in order to meet the agreed timeline. I have to also give a shout out to Priyesh on the rentals side who we've worked with for the past decade and he also delivers a great service time and time again.

"I recommend RSK and property manager Daisy Wills in particular."
I have dealt with RSK for a number of years - initially on the Sales side, but in recent years on the property management side.
Overall, I have always had excellent communication with any member of the team I have had to deal with. Always friendly, polite and willing to deal with issues that arises.
However, I have to name the stand-out person I have dealt with over a number of years now. That is the wonderful Daisy Wills. She has been quite outstanding in helping me run the various flats I have. Always cheerful and, acting on my behalf on the odd awkward situation that has arisen, given helpful, sound advice.
I would have no hesitation in recommending RSK to act as property managers and, if possible, I would direct them to Daisy and her team.

"Unprofessional and dishonest experience with Cameron Williams"
UPDATE:
I spoke with the branch director regarding my concerns, and they stated that there is nothing illegal or unethical about asking for £25,000 more than the asking price without indicating "offers over" or "in excess of" on the website. While this may be their view, I find this approach misleading and unhelpful for serious buyers like myself.
I had a deeply disappointing experience with the Acton branch of while attempting to purchase a property in the area. Despite offering above the asking price for a property that had been on the market for months and even reduced in price, my offer was rejected. The explanation provided was baffling—it was allegedly due to the profit potential from a future extension of the property.
The agent also claimed the seller was looking for £25,000 over the asking price, citing his assumption that I was a developer, which I clearly am not. When I questioned the purpose of the advertised asking price, he replied, “to generate interest.” I find this strategy highly questionable and would appreciate a director’s explanation regarding the ethics of such an approach.
Overall, the process felt unprofessional and dishonest, leaving me frustrated and disillusioned as a serious potential buyer.
Let me know if you’d like any further adjustments!

"RSK Ealing Lettings... Beware"
I would not give RSK a one star, but had to in order to post this review. We had been renting with RSK for three years overall. We had to surrender our tenancy early due to personal circumstances.
We confirmed a date to end the tenancy. During the showing for new prospective renters, they didn't provide 24 hours' notice and added additional viewings and stuff like that. That was the first red flag: a real lack of communication. Anyway, new tenants agreed to rent the property. Subsequently, the termination date we had initially agreed upon verbally had been extended by three additional days (this meant three more days to pay rent). There was a bit of back-and-forth and some condensing conversations with the entire Lettings team in the Ealing branch.
Suddenly, a week before the tenancy ended, they sent us an Early Termination invoice and were told it needed to be paid immediately. We, of course, knew about the Early Termination fees, but the need for more trust about payment felt bizarre. So, we left the property and paid invoice in full prior to our departure using on the new termination date as stated. We were made aware by both the landlord and RSK that the new tenants would start their tenancy the next day after our departure.
It has taken us until now to get our security deposit back. We had to utilise the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. RSK informed us that they wanted to deduct the cost of a "Deep clean." We said, of course, but can you provide a quotation before we confirm the final costs? We were never contacted again, nor were we relayed any quotes for work. We had to chase both our Landlord and RSK for the return of our deposit and not received even a holding response from either.
About nearly six weeks after our claim with the TDS, we received a call from the Ealing branch asking us to go "halves" on the cost of the cleaning. How can we go halves on something where no evidence has been provided that occurred? No invoice or any documentation was provided to the TDS either within their agreed timeframes. Therefore, requesting to deduct a figure from our deposit for something that has not happened feels immoral, unethical, and untrustworthy to say the least. I would not recommend using them to sell or let your property. But if you do, get everything you discuss and agree in writing. Or give a different Estate Agents a try with your custom, you may be surprised.

"Neglect and Incompetence"
Publishing again as my review has been deleted.
Leaving one star to evaluate your 'service' with relation to my experience is highly inaccurate and creates a false illusion to people potentially considering to let one of your properties.
I have sent four emails to one agent of RSK, who personally reached out to inform me he would be 'handling' the issue concerning a significant increase in council tax and a housemate absconding her contract. Despite having submitted all necessary documentation and references required to rent the property, I later received a response from another agent (who maintained good communication throughout most of the process), stating I would need a guarantor.
Prior to this, I had requested clarification regarding why council tax would be increasing by a significant amount from October 2024 (a seemingly random time of year) (before renting, the council tax stated in post was £81 per person, with no indication that it will increase). After expressing that I would not provide guarantor details until my queries, particularly around the council tax increase, were addressed, I was subsequently ignored by both mentioned agents.
Despite following up, the first agent did not escalate my concerns, and since my initial inquiry on 10th September (first sent to agent no.1 and then consistently forwarded to agent no.2 ), I have received no adequate response. The official tenancy was to start 26 September. As a result, I was left with no choice but to withdraw my application entirely.
Dear RSK, I would appreciate it if you could kindly inform the third agent who reached out to me with a screenshot of the council tax letter, telling me to 'ensure the amount is settled', that they should first review the last 4-5 emails I sent to both the first and second agent mentioned, where this matter has been addressed in great detail.
This agency has consistently demonstrated a lack of competence in managing this situation. I strongly advise against considering any business dealings, including renting or purchasing property, with this agency.

"RSK,Hanwell"
I instructed this company to sell my house in W7 and my experience was beyond awful,
They inflated the price of the house and then after many viewings they reduced it again and again.
Untrustworthy and couldn't even turn up on time.
Unprofessional and not recommended at all.
